Officers

Ned McGinley, President
Ned McGinley is a Past National President of the A.O.H. in America (2002-2006) and a twelve year member of the National Board as well as a Hibernian for more than 30 years. He was A.O.H. National President when the Hibernian Charity was initiated in 2005 and served as the first Charity President.

He is the 40 year Head Wrestling Coach and an Athletic Administrator at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where he resides with his wife Mary Ellen. They are the parents of three children and proud grandparents of six.

Frank Kearney, Jr., Secretary
Frank Kearney Jr. is a member of A.O.H. Division One in Meriden CT and currently serves as a member of the National Board as a National Director. Since joining the Order in 1977 he has served as division, county and state board president and was instrumental in organizing the 2002 AOH/LAOH National Convention held in Connecticut. He also served as National Chairman of the 2006 National Convention in Boston.

He was elected A.O.H. National Director in July of 2006 and re-elected to second term in July 2008. In addition to serving on various national committees, including Chairman of the Technology Update Committee, he was elected a member of the Hibernian Charity Board of Directors in November of 2007, and elected Charity Board Secretary by the Directors in December 2007.

Frank resides in Meriden, CT with his wife Patricia and they are the parents of two daughters. He earns a living in construction management, estimating and overseeing the construction of highway lighting and traffic signalization projects.

Edward J. Wallace, Treasurer
Edward J. Wallace is an AOH Past Nat'l President (1994-1998) and has been a member of the National Board for 26 years. Ed is a past NY State President and is a 53 year member of the AOH. Ed inititated the Project St. Patrick Vocation Grant program in 1995 and serves as its Nat'l Chairman. Ed was elected a Director of the Hibernian Charity Corp. and serves as its Treasurer.

Ed is a retired teacher in the 1000 Islands School District. He is a past Grand Knight of Council 350, a veteran and member of the American Legion. He serves as a Eucharistic Minister of St. Mary's Church and resides in Clayton, NY with his wife Mary Ellen. They are proud parents of Bridget, Michael, Maureen and Eileen.

Board

Robert Mott
Bob Mott has served on the A.O.H. National Board for the last six years four as a National Director and two as the National Organizer. Bob has been a member of the A.O.H. in New York and South Carolina for 42 years. Bob was elected to the Hibernian Charity Board in November of 2007.

He is a retired US Army Ranger and was the Purchasing Manager for 18 years at the Nuclear Power Plant in Oswego NY. Bob now resides in Murrells Inlet South Carolina and is the proud father of three children and one Granddaughter.

Joseph Brady
Joe Brady is married to Ellen, a Registered Nurse, for 27 years and they have three children as well as a granddaughter Hannah Kelly Hansen.

Joe has been an AOH member for 30 years of the Dennis E. Collins Division in Newport, RI, one of the top five divisions in the USA. He is currently, serving as National Director. He is also the Rhode Island State AOH President.

He has been a member of the National Budget Oversight Committee, the Technology Committee and an elected member of the Hibernian Charities Committee for the National Board.

Joe has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Rhode Island. He has served an Administrative Aide in the US Congress, as Chief of Staff to the RI Senate Majority Leader and currently as the Director of Constituent Services to the RI House of Representatives.

Phillip Gallagher
Phil Gallagher has been a member of the AOH in Danbury, Connecticut since 1966. He served as Division, County and State President and is the Connecticut State AOH Archivist. He served as a National Director from 1990 -1994 and chaired the JFK Medal Committee. He also served on the committee that researched and produced the AOH History Panel Exhibit.

Phil is a graduate of Fairfield University and taught American History and Government and coached track and cross country at Brewster, New York Central High School. Though retired from teaching after 36 years, he still lectures on American, Irish and AOH history. He has been involved in local government for 30 years and is currently the Chairman of the Bethel, Connecticut Board of Finance. Phil is married to the former Kitty Mahoney from Glenville, County Cork. They have five children and nine grandchildren.

Edward Dougherty
Ed Dougherty serves as a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians National Board Chairing for the Hibernian Hunger Project and serves the same role with the Pennsylvania State Boards and Philadelphia County Board. He is currently the Vice President of Division 39 in Philadelphia PA as well.

Ed has worked for PNC Bank in Philadelphia for more than 20 years. He resides in Philadelphia with his wife Maureen and they are proud parents of two daughters Caitltn and Maura.
